Chardonnay 2023.
Unoaked, dry and subtly fruity. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in tank, which softened any acidity, lending it a rounded, creamy finish on the palate. Tropical notes already present in the Chardonnay in combination with the MLF have resulted in a light, exuberant and balanced flavour profile reminiscent of pineapple lassi.
