Our brand new traditional method English sparkling wine, ‘Sparkling Rose’, is the first release from our 2019 vintage. This wine was made using grape harvested during our first harvest at our oldest vineyard site, The Orchard Site, which was planted in 2017.
Bottle-fermented and blending 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 30% Chardonnay, Sparkling Rose is classed as a ‘dry’ sparkling wine and has tasting notes of rhubarb crumble and English raspberries, with a light mousse and streaming fine bubbles.
