Our flagship traditional method English sparkling wine, ‘Sparkling White’, is the first release from our 2019 vintage. This wine was made using grapes harvested during our first harvest at our oldest vineyard site, The Orchard Site, which was planted in 2017.
Bottle-fermented and blending 70% Chardonnay with 30% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, Sparkling White is classed as a ‘dry’ sparkling wine and has tasting notes of crisp apple and freshly baked bread, with a light mousse and streaming fine bubbles.
